Infectious Disease has a standing order in the canteen service line.

 

Periodically the standing order has not been delivered.

 

We spoke back in August regarding this issue spoke to the chief of the canteen service and he assured me that we should no longer have problems

 

Incident

 

I called the pizza service every Tuesday to deliver the standing order and to confirm the location

 

The pizza was not delivered so I walked down to the canteen.

 

I spoke with a gentlemen at the window about this issue

 

He made a couple of calls and asked me to go to the pizza shop to let them know the location

 

I went to the pizza shop on Nov 6, 2016.  I stood at the door and Danille James rudely told me not to come around which was fine.

 

I came around into the pizza shop and she told me to stand in the line after the gentlemen just spoke to her I told her Im here about the standing order.

 

She said what type of pizza I informed her about the order.

 

With an attitude she told me someone will make the pizza but I would need to deliver the pizza

 

I said I don’t deliver pizza she screamed don’t you see we are busy.

 

I said let me speak to your supervisor.

 

Ms. Thompson-Servent came and I told her that she needs to speak to Ms. James because she was very rude and unprofessional.

 

She informed she would.

 

She took the order and delivered the pizza.

 

 

 

My complaints is on Danille James and her unprofessionall behavior

Good morning,

 

 

 

I was not sure if this is the proper way to file a customer complaint.

 

I previously visited the outlet store in orlando, Florida.

 

I purchased four items and only three items were delivered.

 

I contacted the store to speack to a representative after calling about 7 times.

 

I spoke to Jovanna a sale representative.

 

She was very helpful on the phone about my order,however,she never followed up with me regarding my order.

 

She said she would have to speak to the manager Cody at the time to see why my over the knee boots were never delivered.

 

I bacsically was trying to see if the over the knee would be delivered in another package.

 

I waited 24 hours on the status to no avail

 

I contacted the store the next day to check on the status of my order. I spoke another sales representative

 

I fogot to get this representative name but he was not helpful at all.

 

He put me on hold so he could talk to Cody the manager.

 

The response from Cody is that the package was shipped out today.

 

The representative did not provide a tracking number nor could he provider or answer any of my quesrtions or concerns.

 

Cody seemed to busy to even get on the phone to speak to me as a customer.

 

 

 

 

 

** It is importatn to provide excellent customer service happy cutomers come back. This is the first time I have experenced inadequet customer service from a Tory Burch represntative and I thought should voice my opinion on this issue.
